Promote Your House, Flat or Holiday Let

Hello, I'm Ross. Sandy and I moved to South Wales over 25 years ago. We've set up several online businesses - some successful, some not, but Virtual Tours Wales happened almost by accident.

After arriving here we converted an old barn for Sandy's dad. Since he passed away 'The Barn' has earned it's keep as a popular holiday let - often for 3 generations of a family - grandparents, parents and kids.

We've never had trouble letting the The Barn but with the cost of living crisis and increasing regulation, life is getting more difficult so we considered renting or even selling the place.

With that in mind, we looked into how other owners in South Wales advertise their properties online and frankly, it's not impressive. Most follow a standard format with average quality photographs and boilerplate text descriptions. It's worked in the past but is it enough for the future ?

So as not to get left behind, we invested in the equipment, software and learning time necessary to create a virtual tour of our own property. You can see it on the home page or on our website for 'The Barn'.

Then Sandy said  "You've done it for us - why don't you do it for other people ?" She's quick like that, (or just wants me out of the house!) Hence Virtual Tours Wales.
