• Travel to property within 50 miles of SA38 9AP
  (by quickest route on Google Maps)

Total Cost £375.00

*Extra rooms £10.00 per room (you may not need or want every room included).

Non-Standard Tour
Tours might contain property owner photographs, videos, commentary or music. Pricing depends on the extras to be included.

Booking A Virtual Tour or 360° video

Payment

• On booking - a deposit of £75
• On delivery and approval of the tour/video. Remaining balance.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or via Paypal (Paypal account or credit/debit card).

Copyright & Ownership
The tour/video will remain the property of Ross Dawson (t/a Virtual Tours Wales) until payment in full has been received.

The Alternative - A 360° Video

Like this YouTube example. On a desktop/laptop use your mouse to pan around. On a mobile turn your 'phone in the direction you want to view. Note: Older devices don't all support 360° video.


Pros

• Cheaper than a virtual tour (around £245.00).
• Videos can be posted on YouTube, Facebook and other social media channels.

Cons

• Viewer must follow a preset route with predetermined timings.
• No user interaction with the video (can't click on hotspots).
• Can't include non-360° media like photographs, information or 2D videos.
• Can impact page loading performance - especially on mobiles.
• Might generate unwanted YouTube advertisements and suggestions.
